Before registering on the Internet, you should carefully review the 2009–2010 WEST Registration Bulletin, which contains important instructions, rules, policies, and other terms and conditions that apply to your registration and the test administration.

WARNING: The possession or use of cellular phones, electronic communication devices, visual or audio recording or listening devices, or any device with an on/off option is strictly prohibited in the testing facility.

Alternative Testing Arrangements. Registering on the Internet will complete your registration without accommodation. If you wish to request alternative testing arrangements for this administration, you must submit a completed Alternative Testing Arrangements Request Form and any required documentation by mail or fax. Please see "Registering for Alternative Testing Arrangements" in the current registration bulletin for important information about requesting alternative testing arrangements, including related deadlines.
